Goal
User is trying to set up the Intersubinventory Parameters to use transfer orders, but when the user tries to access the task "Manage Intersubinventory Parameters", the following message appear:
You do not have the required permission to perform this task. Your applications security administrator can grant you one of the authorized roles listed for this task.
When the user accesses the Task from Implementation Project, the user has "Authorized Role" icon\ link which should show all available OIM roles that have access to this Task. The list is empty.
