On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

File Based Import on object: Contact does not complete
It still has status: Base table upload in Progress
Import Processing (36/40)



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

File Based Import on object: Contact must complete successfully in normal time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Oracle Sales Cloud
2. Perform File Based Import for Contacts
