Symptoms

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY

In Oracle Fusion Payables, when user attempts to open an invoice or when attempting to save an invoice entered in Create Invoice in Oracle Payable the following error occurs:

ERROR

An Application Error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An Application Error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of the incident: Server Domain: FinancialDomain, Server Instance: PayableServer_HA:
Application Name: PayablesApp


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Invoices > Manage Invoices

2. Search and open an Invoice

3. Select Pay in Full Option and try to enter a Wire Payment
