An Error Message Displays When Trying To Convert Leads Into Opportunities the Fields on Opportunity Are Required

The opportunities screen has been customized, and 2 OBLIGATORY fields have been added that are causing this problem:
Origem (Source) and Sales Type.
We don't have these options in the leads screen, and when I try to convert the lead, it says that it is obligatory that I fill those fields.
How do we take out the "Obligation" to fill these "Source" and "Sales Type" options from the opportunities screen, so that the conversion happens normally?
