Expected new hires are not present in Fusion after the "Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data" process is run from Fusion, even if the message returned in the log shows success like this:
Per the transaction found in the TCC console, the new hire records were not exported out of Taleo to Fusion when the process ran.
