Symptoms

Users attempting to access HCM Mobile Cloud (formerly "Tap") instead gets an error, "The operation could not be completed"

Changes

The HCM Mobile Cloud is in an SSO environment and the TEE zone is configured to use Akamai (Taleo Accelerated Service)
