Goal

SP (service provider) SSO metadata exported from a TEE Taleo zone that is 15B or higher contains an 'encryption' X509 certificate. The certificate appears within the XML headers shown below:

Questions:

1. Is the encryption certificate a new feature in 15B ?

2. Is there any setting to turn it off to generate certificate without encryption ?
