When attempting to access  Custom Object 09 in the Opportunity Related Information Section the following error occurs:

The record you are trying to access has been deleted or has been assigned a new owner and you no longer have access to it. If you deleted the record, it may be accessed in Deleted Items. If you continue to have problems, contact you Oracle CRM On Demand Administrator. Caused by: Operation Failed: Read, Record Type: Custom Object 09, Access Level: No Access.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the detail page of an Opportunity.
2. Click tab Custom Object 09.
3. You will see the error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a Custom Object 09 under Opportunity.
