Mandatory Field Not Displaying Fixed Default Value In Outlook UI (Doc ID 2212180.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mandatory field not displaying fixed value in Outlook UI

Customer has 2 custom fields of type Text and its made mandatory with a fixed value of "Others"
However, this field when seen in Outlook pages doesn't show its default value and instead is shown as blank. But it correctly shows its Fixed value in FUSE UI.

Also, it shows a asterisk mark signifying its a mandatory field but even if no value is provided, it allows save. It does not act as mandatory field in Outlook.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Mandatory fields should behave in same way in SUI and Outlook. Also default value should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created fields in app composer > account > fields as Text fields , Required, updatable with a List of values, Default value = "Others"
2. Expose the field on Outlook pages > Create/Edit Account page layout, field is visible in Outlook with asterisk. But it does not show Default value in outlook and does not behave as mandatory.
