Symptoms
Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Environment : Any Version
Expected Result: User should be able to mark a custom report as Published without incident.
Actual Result: When the user attempts to mark a custom report as Published, the system briefly pops up a new "Wait" window with the spinning "Processing...". before displaying the error message: "Internal Error: Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator"
