Some Currency Conversions For the Last Year Cannot Be Updated in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2212322.1)

Symptoms

For the last year entered in the account, Currency Conversions are not able to be saved.

  1. Access as Administrator
  2. Go to Admin Screen -> Finance tab -> Conversion Rates
  3. Select Currency 
  4. Select Calendar Year as Last year
  5. Fill conversion rate
  6. Click Copy button for subsequent months
  7. Click Update. Result: Outcome is that conversion is not saved.
