How to Set the Default Account Hierarchy View to the Totally Expanded List View

Is there a way to set the default account hierarchy view to the totally expanded list view?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts.
2. Open an existing account.
3. Click the Team tab and then Manage Account Hierarchy.
4. In the upper right, click the rightmost icon.
