Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Data
When attempting to load Dunning Sites to Customer Account using the Spreadsheet,
the following error occurs.

Unable to retrieve error message. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_API_INVALID_LOOKUP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate UploadCustomerTemplate
2. Import template

Due to this issue, users cannot load Site Use Code of "DUN".
