Unable To Load Activities In ECGX-Test (Doc ID 2212517.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Opportunities

I am trying to load opportunities through File based import. When I tried with 5 records it got loaded. When I am trying with full records around 3500+ then import is failing. And not getting any error message or log files.
