Symptoms
When attempting to schedule an extract the job status ends in ERROR.
STEPS
-----------------------
- Log into BICC
- Go to Manage Extract Schedules
- Create a new schedule
- After the scheduled time, the job status shows ERROR.
The biee_extractor.log shows
