Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating new Agreement Rules and submitting them, the first two rows of the rule blanks out and the process fails.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to submit without the process failing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Agreement Rules
2. Complete the flow to create a new agreement rule.
3. On submission, first two rows blank out
4. Process fails.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify agreement rules.
