Conditionally Required Field Not In Red (Doc ID 2212792.1)

Symptoms

For the created expression on the Conditionally Required attribute of a lead field, the field does not appear in red when the condition is met.

Field: Lead.Training Type
Expression: [{Assessment Branch 2}] = LookupValue("ASSESSMENT_BRANCH_2", "SSC Training") AND ([{Sales Rep Full Name}] <> 'Testing Testing' OR [{Owner Full Name}] <> 'Tester')

More exactly, when using a Lead record in the UI the field upon the conditionally required attribute was set ("Training Type" in our case), it was not showing in red (as it should as for the required fields) even the condition from the Conditionally Required attribute was apparently met.
