Unable To Configure Test Instance To Open In Oracle Tap. (Doc ID 2213063.1)

Goal

The user has downloaded and installed Oracle Tap for Android mob and trying to connect to Fusion test instance.
Configured the instance URL and keyed in credentials.
Error received : Could not connect to server.

Note: The environment is whitelisted instance ( will Oracle Tap be allowed to connect to whitelisted instance?)
