Login Page Display Characters Didn't Change According to Selected Language (Doc ID 2213065.1)

In Login Page, when switch from English to Other language, or from Other language to English, the characters on the page didn’t change accordingly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the default login page as English
2. Click the language selection list, and then select Simplified Chinese
3. The characters on the page didn’t change according to the selected language Simplified Chinese

But when select Simplified Chinese language, the UI should display Chinese characters.
