User Defaults Are Not Set When Creating a New Salesforce User (Doc ID 2213164.1)

Symptoms

When adding new users to SFDC, the default values of the user's CPQ Cloud profile are not set. This occurs when Default Values are defined when using Managed Package 6.0+.

For example, when "Allow Quote Creation" is set to a default of checked in the Site Setup page, the user's profile does not reflect this information after creation.
