Oracle Fusion Benefits: Cannot End Date Coverage Entry in Enrollment Override for Employee (Doc ID 2213325.1)

When attempting to end date the coverage entry using an Enrollment Override, an error is produced.

The message is ORA-20001: The effective end date was already set for this record. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API", line 882 ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to process Enrollment Override to end date coverage
2. Receive error

This is causing the employees benefits coverage to not be end dated.
