ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order Line pick the seeded Orchestration Process instead of Custom Orchestration Process

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All lines should follow the custom process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order
2. One line did not go through the custom orchestration process

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot process the order correctly.
