Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management
When attempting to install the P6 Professional ClickOnce software from the Cloud jump page, the following error occurs:
Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log:
Activation of https://p6.oracleindustry.com/p6professionalcloud/x64/P6Professional.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
Exception occurred during store operation.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)
COMPONENT STORE TRANSACTION FAILURE SUMMARY
Staging of a component file (P6Files\.dll) did not succeed.
STEPS TO DUPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Cloud jump page
2. Click install P6 Professional
3. Download the setup.exe
4. Once download completes, the error message is observed
