Symptoms

When attempting to install the P6 Professional ClickOnce application from the Cloud portal page Install P6 Professional link, one of the following errors occur:

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)
COMPONENT STORE TRANSACTION FAILURE SUMMARY

or

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))COMPONENT STORE TRANSACTION FAILURE SUMMARY
