Mapping custom and standard fields on opportunity at lead conversion

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
We are starting the use of the leads in our organization.
When we convert the leads for opportunities and is necessary to create a new account, the system stops the work, because we have some required objects on Opportunities and Accounts, because this is not permited to convert.
Is there a solution to resolve this issue?
- To create a groovy script to remove or to set the required object for un-required;
- To include the same Opportunity's required objects on Leads?
