Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

While attempting to update the resource end-date through file import, getting an error.

ERROR

role-role_code or role_type_code cannot be null batch_id =300000008288073 (role- -1) Details: role-role_code or role_type_code cannot be null batch_id =300000008288073 Cause: The message, role-role_code or role_type_code cannot be null batch_id =300000008288073, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities > Go to Task
3. Create file import for employee resource

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, employee resource import to end-date resources is failing.
