Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creating Contract: primary party there is not List Of Value

Creating contracts and the primary party is not showing LOV.
Same result for both intent sell and Intent buy contracts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Primary Parties should be visible in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract > Select Primary Party LOV, LOV is blank.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot select primary contacts in order to successfully create Contracts
