Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to update the contact details,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

JBO-27008: Attribute PartyId in view object Contact cannot be set
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the ContactService, Method: ProcessContact, Operation:Merge (Payload in the attachment) on soap ui
2. Error is received in the response. ProcessContact is unable to locate the PartyID (Contact Row ID)
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the contact details. Production instance is halted.
