Cannot Save Changes on a Requisition in Status Approved (Ready)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A Requisition is in Approved (Ready) status. After edits are made to it, the user gets an error about specific fields not filled in even though the Diagnostic tool states the requisition is Ready for Saving.
The fields returning in error are Required for Posting.
