Parent OBS Nodes Are Deleted When Deleting a Child OBS Node (Doc ID 2214843.1)

Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

If the search button is used to find and delete a child OBS, the parent OBS will be also removed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
----------------------------------

1. Collapse all the nodes except root node. Now only root OBS node should be visible in the OBS page.
2. Hit refresh on the browser button.
3. Without expanding any nodes, press the search button and search for the desired OBS node.
4. Once the node searched for gets highlighted, hit the delete button, you will get "fail_not_found" message.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

Parent OBS should not be deleted unless requested.
