According to Oracle team the suggestion was to set as exclusive owner of each account an admin (in our case OSC admin).
The access to the account for every user is defined by the Territory structure (view, full, edit).
The user has no access to the information ¿Which user has access to the accounts¿ since the access is defined in territories, while only ¿OSC Admin¿ seems as the user in account¿s ¿Team member¿ tab .
It would be better an extra information to appear in the team members tab.
- The territory owner
- The territory team members
- The upper territory owners and members
Is it possible that this information (who has access to accounts) to be displayed also in the account's fields?
I want to see the users and their level of access for each account.
