Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to customize Account layout,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtaina more detailed description of this incident 61, Server Domain, CRMDomain, Server Instance CRMCommonServer_1, Application nameCRMCommonApp

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to appcomposer
2. edit account custom layout
3. error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot customize layout in App Composer.
