User Receives "Oops" Error When Attempting to Access SRM Outside of Home Page (Doc ID 2215210.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Publish

SRM site unavailable.

User visits SRM, sees the home screen, but when clicking to Engage, Publish or another area of the platform, is taken to this page:

"Oops

Looks like an error has occurred. Don't worry, this problem has been logged and we are looking into the issue.

Please try refreshing the page, but if the problem persists, contact our Oracle support team for help."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into SRM > Navigate to Publish or Engage or Content and Apps > Receive Error when page resolves.
