Troubleshoot the following symptoms when reviewing a requisition file in the Recruiting Center:

No field displayed at all in the Diagnostic tool despite some required fields do not have any value selected.
Some required fields are not displayed in the Diagnostic Tool despite the fact no value is selected for them.
