Fusion Global HR: Edit Termination Not Working Correctly For HR When Line Manager Initiates The Transaction (Doc ID 2215681.1)

When an employee submits their own resignation, it goes to line manager for approval, and if approved then goes to HR for final approval. Both line manager and HR can select the option to 'edit this transaction' if required and it works as expected. However, if a line manager goes to one of their directs and terminates them, when it goes to HR for approval, they select 'edit this transaction' and it opens a new tab that navigates back to the home page, rather than in to edit mode of the termination.

The manager is submitting the Termination request from 'My Team' card.Then it goes to the HR for approval. But HR doesn't have access to the 'My Team' card (You can try logging with HR and try to navigate to 'My Team' and select user, he will not be able to find that option to navigate).
Hence, he is not able to navigate to the correct transaction page instead redirected to home page.

Workaround would be to assign the 'My Team' access to the HR user or assign the Line Manager role.
