Missing Menu Items and Pages in P6 Web (Doc ID 2215867.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Some sections of P6 Web do not display for a user.  Unable to find certain menu items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Menu items/sections of P6 Web are available to the customer.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Browse through the tabs.
  3. Some of the menu items are missing.
