Fusion PIM: Validating flexfield EGO_ITEM_EFF of Application xxxxx Error When Deploying Item EFFs (Doc ID 2215872.1)

Goal

Make EFF Deployment successful when attribute group are created with one of the attributes with a Range option as selected or yes

Details on symptoms are outlined.
Created a attribute group and tried to deploy it (offline deployment). The deployment fails showing the following error


Error in Validation: Validating flexfield EGO_ITEM_EFF of Application 10010
... ERROR: Validating Flexfield Metadata : Violations found. See complete
report :

context-sensitive segments without a High segment

Steps to duplicate:
1. Create attribute group and attributes
2. Add attribute group to xxxxxxxxx ITEM MASTER, save it.
3. Delete above added attribute group from xxxxxxxx ITEM MASTER
4. Deploy offline.
5. Deployment fails.

Try disabling attribute group and deploy it, but same error shows up.
