ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cant get Benefit Extracts to Transmit

Customer is  trying to send benefit extract to carrier for Vision; however, they cannot get the extract to move out of 'Data Staged'. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation- Benefits Admin- Plan Config- Manage Plan Carrier- Click Search- Select Carrier- Validate all info/details correct
2. After Validation- Reporting and Evaluation- Extract- Submit- Effective Date 1/1/17 Full File Yes, Transmission Log Yes- Submit
3. Continue clicking search to see if file is processed successfully....can also be viewed in summary tab
