ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to process 401K elements for Hourly paid employees.
Believe the issue is with the seeded fast formula that is tied to the 401K elements. Its not processing the 401K elements for employees who have 'hourly salary basis'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 401 to be processed for all employees.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll etc
2. Check the run results.
