ER: Inconsistency between Succession Plan and Talent Pool visibility
Issue: There is inconsistencies between Succession Plan and Talent Pool framework.
Post R11 Oracle is using Private / Public flag in Manager Self Service based succession plan.
Same functionality seem to be missing for Talent Pool. It is required so that we can control which Talent pools to be displayed to Managers.
This is big issue for users. Their Leaders are unable to see Talent Pools. Currently Leaders are unable to see talent data of their direct reports (i.e. succession plan membership and talent pool membership).
In R9 they could see this even when user had setup succession plans as "private".
User have identified that in R11 if user make succession plans "public" they can now see that data, however they still can't see talent pool membership. This is a significant issue for users. Users don't want to use "owners" to manage this.
Proposed Solution: Implement same functionality of Succession Plan Private / Public flag including visibility to Line Manager.
