On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

How  compare alphanumeric values of two different columns in OTBI report ?

 
Job Category and Person Category contains values like A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, CVC etc.
Both Person and Job Category contains values from A to E. A is the highest and E is the lowest.
Example: If C2 and C (Person Category) is less than B (Job Category).
The final output should be the persons whose Person Category is less than Job Category.
