Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.11.1.0 version, Cannot create a condition set based on transaction input factor (tax classification code). when want to get a value for the tax classification code, there is not values on the list of values

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As Tax rate code was created, expecting to be able to get values for tax classification code


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Query by Task: Manage Tax Condition Sets
4. Try to create a condition set based on transaction input factor (tax classification code) and observed there is not values on the list of values
