On Tax Accounts For Tax Rate, User Needs Both The Tax Recoverable And Tax Liability Account To Be Same (Doc ID 2216672.1)

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.11.1.0 version, on Tax rates account , the following error occurs when trying to enter same account information on Tax Recovarable and Tax Liability

ERROR

The combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted entering a new tax account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
Enable to enter same account information


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Query Task: Manage Tax Rates
3. Query the Tax rate
4. Edit the Tax Rate
5. On tax accounts tab, there are two options:
 - Tax Recoverable Account
 - Tax Liability Account
6. If try to enter same account on "Tax Recoverable Account" and "Tax Liability", observed the error described appears
