User has a Local HR administrative role - custom Data Roles based on the Organization Tree, Country Level - exclude access to HR and Corporate Departments.
They are using custom data roles reading Area Of Responsability (AOR) based on Organization Tree, with a list of excluded organization (HR and Corporate Departments).
The HR Admin cannot access the worker file from Person Management but in the contacts tab of the worker file, the HR administrative name is mentioned.
The issue is that the custom Data Role they use is excluding access to employees of some HR and Corporate departments.
So there seems to be an inconsistency between:
- the configuration of the custom role (that exclude access to employees assigned some departments)
- the display of representatives that only take into account the AOR without the exclusion defined at role level.
There are more then one representative
In Manage Employment should be displayed only representatives as per AOR of the HR Admin, without the exclusion defined at role level
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management > Person Management
2. Manage Employment > Manage Area of Responsability
The issue has the following business impact:
Inconsistency in data displayed in UI.
