Transactions Stuck In Manage Pending Transactions (Doc ID 2216996.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are several transactions of type "Miscellaneous Issue" showing in "Manage Pending Transactions" page. How can they be processed into Inventory?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need to process pending transactions in inventory

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Operations -> Inventory
2. Open right task pane and select Manage Pending Transactions -> Select View pending transactions -> Search
3. There are pending transactions here which need to be processed
