Defect: Cash Flow Does Not Show Curves With Negative Values Correctly. (Doc ID 2217002.1)

On Unifier : Beginning at version through

User have a scenario where they have negative Actuals for a period (i.e., Funds Received instead of being spent).
This results in all incremental bars on the curve starting from this negative value instead of zero. Also, the negative value is not shown at all. Essentially, the curve is treating the negative value (the lowest number in the set) as zero.

This also results in the cumulative axis being offset from the incremental axis resulting in the cumulative curve appearing to start from a negative number.
The chart is extremely misleading in this case. Both axis should have zero along the same line even if the scaling is different.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Unifier
2. Go to Cost Manager > Cash Flow, open a cash flow, and check the curves which have negative value.
3. Found incremental value bars are plotted from the bottom of the chart (not from the zero as they should be).

Both axis/value bars (Incremental and Cumulative) should have zero along the same line even if the scaling is different.
