Symptoms

When a new user in Sterling Talent Solutions (formerly Talentwise) clicks the Setup Sterling Talent Solutions Account button in Taleo Business Edition, the user is redirected to a Sterling Talent Solutions page that displays an Invalid User Credentials error.
