On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
The link for the Lead in the E-Mail Notification is taking the user to the incorrect Lead record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Workflow to send the Notification when the Lead is reassigned to another owner
2. Perform the action to trigger the E-Mail Notification
