Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Manager Hierarchy not reflecting in OIM
In spite of running Refresh manager hierarchy, manager hierarchy is not reflecting in OIM.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Manager and Direct reports should be visible in OIM


STEPS
1. Log into OIM
2. Search for a user
3. The Manager field is blank
