Unable To Configure/Change Duplicate Set And Resolution Request Details Region For Organisations (Doc ID 2217386.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Technology Management - Application Customization

Unable to Configure/Change Duplicate Set and Resolution Request Details Region for Organizations


Problem Description:

Through the Application Composer on Account > Pages > Desktop Pages tab

I've added the required fields to be visible on the Duplication Set and Duplicate Resolution Request Detail Region,

however these changes aren't being applied on the Duplicate Resolution view.

Therefore, I tried to use the Page Composer (Customize Duplicate Resolution Page), but the fields aren't even available to be selected.

Even after the sandbox was published nothing change on the Duplicate Resolution view.

I have attached a few print screens with the steps.

Why aren't the changes being applied as they should? Is there another way to show the required fields on the Duplicate Set table?
