ON Fusion Applications in SaaS Environment:

Customer when trying to add values under "Manage Common Lookups", running into Remote Region Error.

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #18":


  1. Login into Fusion Applications.
  2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
  3. Search and goto "Manage Common Lookups".
  4. Enter a Lookup Type and Search for it.
  5. The master and detail data will show

In between "Remote Region Error" Occurs.
